Components: 8 ounces of pappardelle or broad egg noodles Two tablespoons of olive oil One pound of mild or spicy Italian sausage with the casings removed One medium onion, cut thinly Three minced garlic cloves One red bell pepper, cut thinly One yellow bell pepper, cut thinly Half a cup of cherry tomatoes Half a cup of chicken broth or dry white wine Half a teaspoon of optional red pepper flakes 1/4 cup of freshly chopped basil leaves To taste, add salt and pepper.
